I received the passage comfortably on time, covering the requested words and most of the instructions. However, the writer cited another source which was not part of the instructions. Also the style of the writing is rather average and it seemed that the writer tried too hard to reword.

The description of results are generally relevant and well presented; and these were discussed adequately with comparisons from the literature.We need to make it clear to the readers on: the selection of only % values over other quantitative methods of data analyses; and how did the hypotheses/research questions help you arrive at these insightful findings.

Very good writer. On the other hand, I asked for a paper related to Civil Engineering, and he wrote a paper related to economy. I have no idea what is up with that. I'll have to fix it because I don't have time to wait for him, but his writing is good.
