not finish requirements. and have excuses when I ask the writer to fix it. Do not reply to me after I ask the writer's opinion about the situation. I request the writer when I saw he is the champion of the history writer. But so disappointed. I send to him all the documents, but he did not read carefully my requirement and not finish it rightly.
