All I can say after receiving my assignment: many mistakes and inconsistent arguments. I think your writers aren't professional native speakers. And I hope you will change your attitude to your customers.

Thank goodness this is a once in a while thing. I received a D for this. The assignment was also delivered late, and lastly, they did not follow instructions.

Not very impressed with this as I've had to edit quite a lot to make sure it meets all the guidelines and answers the questions. I hope next time our cooperation will have better results.
