I've explained multiple times that the proposal essay is suppose to be about how to promote better health for the American population not how to promote better healthcare. I've even given examples. They keep sending me what looks like the same essay without the changes.

I had to request 2 revisions for minimal things like grammar and word count. The writer made fixes were appropriate, but it was definitely not written well and rushed.

I can't use this paper. There are huge glaring grammar and english errors, in an ENGLISH paper, from someone who said they were an ENGLISH major. I'm sorry, but this is unacceptable.
