Overall the paper was ok but the writers (two separate ones) need to follow the instructions provided by the customer.

They did not follow the instructions. They were willing and nice to make the changes but it was still done incorrectly. if I had more time, maybe I could have allowed them to finish this but it exceeded my deadline. Also as a native English speaker, the sentences were not grammatically correct.

The writer deliberately plagiarised and wrote a review for a different book chapter than the one I asked for. He decided to revise the paper according to it’s instructions 24 hours past the deadline.
