Unfortunately, the writer did not meet the agreed upon deadline and did not follow detailed feedback on drafts left by the client to improve upon the work.

The writing style looks like it has been copied and changed from an existing text. While she has tried to make this work it simply can't. It's very obvious that the native language is not English. I struggle to understand what is trying to be said in the intro and she also cant explain what she is trying to say.
