The writer did not submit the paper on time. I continue to write the writer and he didn't respond until five hours later stating he had issues with the internet. After he responded he still did not finish the paper until 12 am the next day. The paper was bad

After extending the deadline several times and collecting 80% of the payment the order was canceled by the writer without finishing it.

communication is not easy, I tried to message him for 3 days until he finally replied. Also, read the assignment carefully I think he uses software for rephrasing which makes some sentences unclear or does not make sense. The good thing he submitted first draft 2 days earlier than the deadline.
