So I am a little confused about the notes given our conversations in section. You have been interested in homeless folks but there is really nothing here about that; how exactly are you conceptualizing your final project, then?

I do not think this writer understood the instructions of this assignment. None of the requirements were met nor what was turned in healthcare related despite providing examples and expressing concerns.
