Not following instructions. Required write about slide5,7,9 but it uploads with 5,6,7 which missing one, and not respond anymore to revise it even he's currently online.

ask to revise lots of times but still not match my requirement, I have to submit tomorrow so I have to rewrite it by myself.

Write has poor writing skills. Had to ask the writer to look and revise the paper multiple times and yet some of the obvious mistakes were not corrected. Such a disappointment with the amount of money I paid.
