Unsatisfied . Got the author of one of the books wrong which makes me doubt everything. Not only that it did not follow the instructions what i requested till i pointed them about 4 different times.

This writer doesn’t seem to be very good at reading and following instructions. Some of the work sent I believe is from work she or he has done for others. I’ve had to redo the assignment on my own.
