Writer did the research, but the text sounds like it was written in another language and just translated with Google Translate. Not even worth it asking the writer to correct the mistakes as it is obvious that the writer's English is limited.

I did not like the work, but the writer did at least do the foundation for the paper. I had to go through the entire paper and make many revisions.

Despite a detailed outline prepared, the writer did not manage to grasp the concept well but repeating sentences from the outline. Maybe because the writer is not a major in political science which he should have told me from the beginning. One good point to note - he reverted with a completed draft way ahead of schedule but rewriting is required for my piece
