Writer hasn't responded or rewrite the paper and didn't go by the instructions. And 2 different customer supports reached out and haven't got back to them.

I received 8/10 for the paper, not bad but I would have liked a 9 better for what I paid. I had to do a lot more proofreading than usual in this one, but other than that all good thank you.
