Poor writer had to revise the previous writer's mess. He did Ok. I spent 4 hours to revise his writing.

Paper wasn't what I want. I told him to use my research paper, but he used another source which isn't in my research paper ! ! ! he uploaded file one hrs before deadline then went Offline. I have been waiting for more than 4 hrs to fix it, but he is still Offline.

Writer appeared to know what they were doing at first. Upon requesting revision writer did not follow instructions. Deadline had passed and writer did not make an effort to make requested revisions.
