The writer did not meet the deadline on time; it was hard trying to communicating the writer because the writer was never online until 5-10 mins till the deadline, which really made me hesitant & worry. After the deadline, the writer attempt to make change, but the change is not format as it is in the provided infos. Overall, there was not enough quotes, explanations and details being used.

The case does mention that opening up new store was not a viable option. Moreover, your recommendations were quite vague and you failed to mention any risks associated with them. Lastly, you have to use the one page format for all memos. Two points deducted for wrong format and 5 points taken off for no exhibits.

You just copied the same example I gave you for Question 2, and even used same website!!. I cant believe I did't notice that! but please what was that !!!
