Writer promised that he would complete the paper within 24 hours even my deadline was 20 days. When checking for the paper, writer said he will complete on deadline. Liar.

I believe the paper was too far off from what the assignment is. Even with revisions, I don't believe the paper could be worked out.

This paper does not follow the assignment rubric and guidelines at all. The writer wrote "College lady" instead of college student which shows the low quality of the work. I am very upset because now I am rewriting it an hours before it is due. It is extremely low quality research and writing.
