He did not read my prompt at all, nor did he try to follow my instructions. I asked him to revise, and it took him almost 24 hours to give it to me and it was still not following instructions! I did not use his writings at all because my paper past the due date.

plagiarism detected in the paper when I did the plagiarism check. The paper was all a bit all over the place and did not follow the instruction given. I am only giving two stars because He/she did some research and I am aware that it is time-consuming. Turn over was too late so I could not return to have it fixed.  The writer did have 11 days to complete the writing.

Writer didn't seem to have read the instructions fully and therefore I had to tell them to rewrite several times. Took criticisim well. Paper was okay.
