I did not get what I asked for. the writer did not discuss anything with me until the due date even though I attempted to get a dialogue going earlier. then they wasted half a page restating the questions. I gave a three because im soft but it was bad

This Indian guy wouldn't do any of the specifications I asked for. I asked him OVER and OVER and yet he didn't understand English well enough to complete this task. 100$ WASTED

The writing was not any where close to college level. + the instructions was not followed. very low quality service from the writer and the administration. when I asked for a revision the paper was sent back to the writer not to an editor. which did not solve the problem. the work was delivered very late and they asked for an extinction, and that was not enough for them.
