I post all the material and requirement there. I said I want a presentation draft for 5 mins short presentation. And he/she cost me 2 days and wrote a one slide ppt with a topic and 4 sample sentences. It is not related to my presentation at all.

DOnt use the excuse that you have had technical problems.. this is not true!!! i contacted the support team and they said you switched off your phone.. and to me u said u do need few more hours im not waiting over 12 hours!!!!
