I did not like that she did not respond when she was done. I had to reach out to customer service in order for her to respond.

Writer previously did an order that was barely satisfactory. The writer said he would do a better job for the second paper but was worst than the first one. Writer failed to meet the agreed deadline. He did offer further revisions but revisions are pointless after the deadline.

Writer said they understood the instructions and that they could do it, then couple hours later decided that they could not do it. I'm not happy!

Overall the paper was ok but the writers (two separate ones) need to follow the instructions provided by the customer.

They did not follow the instructions. They were willing and nice to make the changes but it was still done incorrectly. if I had more time, maybe I could have allowed them to finish this but it exceeded my deadline. Also as a native English speaker, the sentences were not grammatically correct.
