Even though the work was finished, the writer did not mark it as complete. I wasn’t able to make the last part of the payment because of it. Therefore I couldn’t download the document. I contacted client support and they did a great job communicating with me. Unfortunately they couldn’t get in contact with the writer. I ended up doing the assignment myself.

Given the amount of time I can understand the quality of the work, but the inability of the writer to finish by the deadline they agreed upon is unacceptable.
