The writer was using wrong and and super out dated information and when I contacted her she didn't change what I asked her to just added another paragraph also of wrong information

Did not understand the assignment. Even after asking her 100 times, she did not refer correctly like asked in the assignment. Even passed the deadline. Very disappointed

Didn't follow the instructions the first time writing, so she had to write it again. She didn't answer my chat in a timely matter at all. The second time she revised it, it was better but a little sloppy.
