writer did not follow instructions at all... contacted writer about issue writer revised and still didn't follow full instructions paper was past deadline so I had to make revision on my own

Your customer service team is the greatest! I was amazed (and happy!!) that I could call them 24 hrs, every day of the week. It really helped, and I didn't think any other writing service offered the same customer service, nor the quality of work that yours did.

The work finished, but it is not what I wanted, it is not what my guideline said and the writer keeps on saying what he thinks is the topic but I clearly stated it in the guideline document. I think it is not up to him to decide what my paper's topic and he will not change according to my insturcture so I will have to cancel it.

Minor errors like the wrong picture for the sarcophagus (I changed it, no big deal) , but it was very good overall.
