Initially, there was so confusion of what was expected of the writer. I sent clear instructions as well as a template. The writer submitted the paper I sent to him as the finalized paper. After contacting him the writer was able to rectify the issue and send a finalized paper.

I gave her specific instruction and she didn't follow them. I got a 0 on my paper because it didn't make sense. thanks a lot.

The least the writer had to do was to put Uppercase letters when starting a sentence plus the design could've been more professional.

The writer cannot write a Soap assessment. He had a case study he had to follow and criteria were not met. On the Head to toe assessment, he had "No information" written on all, It cannot be. He is good at other aspects because he has written some of the other work for me. He is poor in Soap head to toe assessment.
