I am very disappointed by the low quality of this result part. i thought there would be professionals interpreting this section. its like a report for a primary grade just stating the numbers from the table without explaining! where is the analysis for the mean and standard deviation?! unbelievable.

He did not follow the first part of the instructions, then tells me to reread the question. he clearly didn't understand what was being asked. i had to hire someone else to redo the work for me. did not answer me in a timely manner as well in the chat section.
